Pre-Booked Clients

Prior to Covid-19 lockdown all booked clients will be contacted by the Reception Team to organise their previously booked consultation, treatment or follow up appointment, after which we’ll send via email a COVID-19 Pre-Screening Checklist which must be completed and signed 48 hours prior if attending the clinic.

New Consultations or Follow up Appointments

We are recommending that clients have their Consultation or follow up appointments via video to minimise direct contact. Depending on the Consultation or Follow up if there is a need to examine the area we will facilitate a face to face at a time which suits you. If after your video consultation or follow up you want to proceed with treatment, you’ll then automatically be booked for your treatment.

The purpose of the below information is to outline the measures we will be taking in clinic to ensure client and staff safety. This will include changes to operations, the patient journey, health & safety practices and optimisation of digital communications.

 The world in the wake of COVID-19 is uncertain, and we want to provide assurances that we will be doing all we can to keep our team and our clients safe. We need to make some changes to the way we do things in order to achieve this and keep delivering the same top level of service. By outlining our plans here, we hope to leave you confident in the knowledge that we have made full preparations to protect those in clinic. We will be reviewing these new policies updating our clients accordingly.

  • Minimal number Clients in Clinic at any time.
  • Designated areas in reception and waiting rooms for 1 person only maintaining 2 metre distance will be allowed at any one time. As much as possible we will direct or escort clients directly to the treatment room. Appointment times will be extended to ensure there is no crossover between clients and rooms are disinfected.
  • We ask that you try not to arrive before your appointment time as you will be required to wait off-premises.
  • No extra visitors or family will be permitted including children at your appointment.
  • When entering and leaving the clinic, clients will be required to sterilise their hands. Masks and gloves will be provided upon arrival and staff will be using all PPE recommended.
  • An increased cleaning rota will be introduced and training will be held prior to reopening so staff are prepared for the new working practices.
  • Clients will be sent a COVID-19 screening checklist along with their booking confirmation. This needs to be completed 48 hours prior to their appointment and will be followed up by phone call the day before. The screening process includes a temperature check in clinic. If for some reason you are unable to sign and return COVID-19 screening checklist you will be asked to sign on arrival prior to any Consultation or treatment.
  • Where possible, we will now be conducting consultations and follow up appointments via video. This will enable us to interact with clients from a distance and discuss progress and treatment options. This will also mean clients will not have to travel prior to their actual treatment date, reducing their exposure time.
  • Please note: Video consultations and documentation are recommended as part of the client journey and must be completed prior to physically attending the clinic.
  • Prior to the client’s treatment in clinic, all necessary forms will be sent via email for completion. This will reduce the amount of face-to-face contact and leave plenty of time for your treatment. Prior to Consultations clients can expect to receive a Consultation Form, Treatment Plan and if booking a treatment further documents will include a treatment plan, pricing, consent and aftercare advice. Along with your booking confirmation, you will be sent a COVID-19 Pre Appointment screening checklist.
  • Following the appointment, the client will be sent aftercare advice, follow up appointment.

New Client Consultations Process

  • Your video consultation will be booked for approx. take 40 minutes at a time that’s suits you
  • A consultation fee of €50 will be taken to secure the booking and is redeemable against your treatment, products or if unsuitable refunded.
  • You will be sent a confirmation email with your appointment date and time Consultation documents to completed prior to appointment including a Covid-19 Screening Checklist
  • Prior to your Video Consultation you will receive a link to join your Video Consultation
  • If for some reason we require you to have a face to face, follow to examine the area properly you will be sent Consultation documents and Covid-19 Pre-Appointment Screening Questionnaire to complete and return 48 hours prior to your appointment

  • Contact the Clinic by Phone or email to book your follow up
  • Your video follow-up appointment will be booked at a time that suits you.
  • You will be sent a confirmation email with your appointment date and time
  • Prior to your Video Consultation you will receive a link to join your Video Consultation
  • If you request a face-to-face follow-up you will be sent Covid-19 Pre-Appointment Screening Questionnaire to complete and return prior to your clinic appointment
  • Following follow up appointment you will be sent any relevant documents digitally and any further follow up appointments.
  • All clients will be required to complete verbal and written COVID-19 Screening Questionnaire You will be sent a COVID-19 Pre-Appointment Form. This must be completed 48 hours prior to your planned clinic appointment. This will include reporting any potential symptoms and recording any history with COVID-19 testing. 24 hours prior to your appointment, a member of the team will call to confirm the completion of the checklist and check through the form. This will be confirmed again upon arrival in clinic with a COVID-19 Confirmation Form and a temperature check.
  • Appointment times have all been extended to avoid cross over and room disinfecting.
  • You will be greeted upon arrival and taken directly to the designated waiting area or treatment room.
  • The COVID-19 Confirmation Form will be repeated in clinic and your temperature will be taken/any potential symptoms recorded.
  • Clients will be required use hand sanitizer on entering the clinic and before leaving. The practitioner administering treatment will be wearing protective equipment.
  • This must be completed 48 hours prior to clinic appointments in clinics and will be followed up with a phone call from the team 24 hours before.
  • A COVID-19 Pre Screening Checklist if not returned by emailed will then be required to be completed upon arrival in clinic along with a temperature check.
  • Payments will be taken over the phone as much as possible. Card payments are recommended.
  • New hand sanitizer stations will be placed in clinic.
  • Gloves and face masks will be provided
  • Staff will be wearing appropriate PPE at all times
  • The waiting room will not be used and adhering to a 1-person limit, clients will be greeted at the door and escorted directly to the designated waiting area or treatment room.
  • Refreshments will not be provided in clinic.
  • Clinical waste and Refuse bins will be emptied more regularly and taken off-premises.
  • The treatment rooms will be disinfected thoroughly after each client.
  • This also applies to the card machine, iPad, and any other items which may come into contact with clients.
  • The toilet will only be available in emergencies
  • Communications where possible with the client will be digital.
