Covid-19 Update, Rescheduling and Reopening
Due to the most recent government Covid-19 Update, our clinics in Dublin, Mullingar and Athlone are closed until 1st December
In these uncertain times we are deeply grateful to all our clients who have supported us throughout the past months. We have a responsibility to our team, clients and wider community to protect and prevent the spread of Covid-19.
We hope to back open very soon, until then please stay safe.
In terms of rescheduling appointments and reopening we have detailed our course of actions below.
If you have an appointment with The Laser and Skin Clinic between the dates of 22nd October 2020 to 1st December 2020, our receptionist team will be in contact to reschedule your appointment to a new date after the 1st December.
If your appointment is after the 1st December, this will not be changed.
Our reception team are working through our client appointment list and will be in contact via phone as soon as possible. We will email any clients who can not be contacted via phone. We would ask for patience from our clients at this time.
Please rest assured that we are committed to resuming your journey to better skin as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding and we kindly ask that you are patient while we get everything back up and running to full capacity safely.
If you have any queries or need any help please contact us:
For new clients wishing to book a new consultation please book through here.
Opening on 1st December
In line with the latest Government advice, we are preparing to re-open our clinics on the 3rd December and will provide you with our full range of aesthetics treatments.
To ensure that we maintain a safe environment, we will be staggering our appointment time to allow for enhanced cleaning between clients as well as limiting the number of people in the clinic at any time.
We are working diligently to ensure that when we re-open our doors, it is under the safest and most hygienic conditions possible to protect the wellbeing of our clients and employees. We are working alongside the HSE and government guidelines to adhere to Covid-19 Safety recommendations in all our clinics.

Questions and Answers- Covid-19 Update
How do I reschedule my consultation or appointment?
- We will be in contact with you via phone to reschedule your appointment, if we are unable to contact you via phone we will leave a voice message and also send you an email.
I have purchased a course of treatments, what will happen to my treatments now?
- Your treatments and credit will remain on your client account and will continue as normal once we reopen.
Will delaying my appointments have an affect on my results?
- A delay in treatments will naturally delay the final results achieved by the course of treatments, however you will still see progress in results from previous appointments. The results you have achieved so far will not be reversed and once your treatment resumes you will continue to see further improvements.
How will I know if the clinic reopens?
- We will contact you by email and SMS. In the meanwhile, for the latest information regularly visit our website and follow us on our social media channels via Facebook and Instagram.
