Ultherapy® uses ultrasound energy to jumpstart the regenerative process within the skin that produces new collagen & elastin.
It’s the only non-invasive, FDA-cleared procedure to lift the upper and lower face, under the chin, neck and eyebrow, as well as improve the appearance of lines and wrinkles on the décolletage. Your aesthetic practitioner will apply ultrasound gel to the skin during your treatment. Ultrasound imaging is then used to see deep within the skin to visualise precisely where we are treating the skin concern. This is what makes the treatment so unique and customised for each client.

Ultherapy uses ultrasound energy to stimulate collagen production in the skin’s foundation, resulting in a clinically significant lift of tissue over 2–3 months. Lasers rely on light energy and typically only treat superficial skin (around 1mm in depth).
Ultherapy’s ultrasound energy bypasses the surface of the skin (going to depths between 1.5mm and 4.5mm), which means no downtime is required after the treatment. Since the two technologies often treat different types of skin issues, they can be compatible. Once your aesthetic practitioner assesses your skin concerns during you consultation, they can best advise on a treatment plan.
The length of the treatment will depend on the area being treated and your individual treatment plan. A face and neck procedure takes 60–120 minutes, while a chest treatment takes approximately 30 minutes.
You may see some initial lift, but the ultimate results will take place over 2–3 months as the growth of new collagen and elastin replaces old tissue targeted by the treatment. A single Ultherapy® treatment can have a lasting effect on some people for over a year, and your practitioner will advise on the likely outcomes for you.
Ultherapy is a treatment with few to no risks, which is why it’s such a popular FDA-approved option for those looking to improve their facial skin.Your skin may appear slightly red or flushed immediately following treatment, but this should lessen within a few hours. You may also notice some mild swelling in the days after the procedure.

This is the second year I have booked my 4 sessions of the treatment EmSculpt at the Laser & Skin Clinic on Pembroke St. and even this time I am beyond satisfied with the results.
Irma is very knowledgeable, professional and reassuring, and she makes you feel at ease during the whole process.
There is only a little discomfort for the first couple of minutes of the first session, but after that you get used to it as it’s absolutely manageable.
But let’s get to the most thrilling part: the results! Last year I went through 4 sessions total and yes, the difference in shape, tone and strength is phenomenal (it visibly improves week over week but reaches its best after roughly 12 weeks and the results are stable - as long as you keep yourself active and stick to your diet but for example my diet has never been that strict so in terms of diet it’s probably subjective depending on metabolism). One more benefit is that the strength of your core improves and you will notice more power and resistance while you exercise straight away after your first session!

I’ve been twice and had great experienced at Laser and Skin clinic. The receptionists are very welcoming. I had treatment with Ally who is very professional. She explained the treatment in detail and gave great advice. The results are excellent and will definitely be back in the future!

Been going here now 5 ÷ years and I don't see that changing anytime soon. The girls are always so friendly and welcoming. My nurse ( yes, I take ownership) Allie is honestly the most knowledgeable person I've ever met, her skin advice is always spot on. She makes perfect sense in her explanations of what's going on with my skin and her results speak for themselves.
