Our refund and return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can no longer offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
In the unlikely event of anything arriving damaged, please notify us at Laser + Skin Clinics by email ([email protected]) within 7 days.
Please use appropriate packaging when returning any item and include your details, order number, and reason for return. Please do not send us returns without first getting an email authorisation from Laser + Skin Clinics; please enclose a copy of your purchase receipt and email in your return; we cannot accept returns without.
Returns should be sent to us through the Fastway Portal. There is a charge of €6 for this service. When returning an item, please use this returns portal, as you will be able to trace this return. We cannot process refunds or replacements for items we never receive.
If you wish to return a product, we must receive it within 7 days of our return authorisation being issued. Upon satisfactory receipt, we will refund you through your original payment method, the relevant amount less shipping.
Please notify us at [email protected] if you have not received your order within 7 days of it being dispatched. If non-delivery is not reported to our courier service within 7 days, we are unable to address any non-delivery issues.
