How It Works

EMSELLA® uses high-intensity focused electromagnetic energy to stimulate the entire pelvic floor, creating repeated contractions that are stronger than those achieved voluntarily, equivalent to 11,000 Kegel exercises in a single session. Over a course of treatment, this helps retrain and strengthen the muscles responsible for pelvic support and bladder control.

Stress incontinence: Stronger muscles provide better support during coughing, sneezing, laughing or exercise.
Urgency and mixed symptoms: Improved pelvic-floor strength and coordination may support better bladder control in suitable patients.
Post-childbirth weakness: Treatment can help rebuild pelvic-floor strength following pregnancy and delivery.
Male pelvic health: EMSELLA may also support selected urinary-control concerns in men.

When Will I See Results?
Some clients notice improved pelvic floor awareness or bladder control after a few sessions. Results generally build throughout the six-session course and may continue improving over the following weeks.
