No Refunds on Discounted Items: All purchases of discounted items are final and non refundable, except where otherwise required by law. We do not offer any refund, return, or exchange for products purchased at a discounted price, save for where the product is faulty, not as described, or where you are exercising your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2022 or the European Union (Consumer Rights) Regulations 2014. For distance contracts (including online purchases), you retain your statutory right to cancel within fourteen (14) days of receipt without giving any reason. By proceeding with the purchase of discounted items, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
Availability of Stock: We make every effort to maintain accurate and up-to-date stock information. However, we cannot guarantee the availability of any specific item. The availability of products is subject to change without prior notice. If an item you ordered is out of stock or unavailable for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide alternatives or issue a refund for the unavailable item.
Terms & Conditions
On this website, the terms ‘us’, ‘we’ and ‘our’ refer to, ‘Laser + Skin Clinics’ and/or ‘LSC’. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website, or the client as the context requires.
Data Protection: Laser + Skin Clinics is the data controller for the purposes of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR") and the Data Protection Acts 1988- 2018. For information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
Laser + Skin Clinics requires a €50 deposit for all treatment bookings. This deposit is refundable if you cancel your appointment in accordance with our Cancellation Policy set out below. In the event that Laser + Skin Clinics cancels your appointment, your deposit shall be refunded in full or, at your election, applied to a rescheduled appointment.

Gift Cards, Discounted Vouchers and Vouchers
The conditions below apply to use of Gift Cards, issued by Laser + Skin Clinics. Purchasing or using the Gift Card means that you accept these conditions.
We reserve the right, at our reasonable discretion, to refuse to sell Gift Cards to any person at any time for any lawful reason. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for a refund, have their balances consolidated to a new Gift Card and are not legal tender, account cards, credit or debit cards or securities. This does not affect your statutory rights in respect of faulty Gift Cards.
Anyone holding the Gift Card can use its value to make purchases, so your Gift Card should be kept secure. If your Gift Card is lost or stolen, immediately report this to Laser + Skin Clinics. We take no responsibility and are not liable for any loss suffered by you because of a lost or stolen Gift Card.
We may replace a faulty, lost or stolen Gift Card at our reasonable discretion. Any replacement Gift Card will have the same unused value (at the time of replacement). Gift Cards will be void if they are defaced, mutilated, altered or tampered with in any way. We may subject Gift Cards to verification and security checks at our reasonable discretion.
Laser + Skin Clinics will on occasion run discounted vouchers that can be bought as a gift for family and friends.
Laser + Skin Clinics Gift Vouchers expire 5 years from the date of purchase, in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Gift Vouchers) Act 2019. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Cancellation Policy
Laser + Skin Clinics require 48 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel all appointments.
For prepaid sessions, failure to cancel within that time frame will result in the forfeiture of that appointment, which represents a reasonable pre-estimate of our loss arising from the late cancellation, including but not limited to the cost of reserved practitioner time and inability to reallocate the appointment slot. For unpaid service or consultation appointments, a charge of €50 will apply to cover administrative costs and lost appointment time.
Laser + Skin Clinics is committed to exceeding your expectations with exceptional service throughout the course of your treatments. We would recommend when booking or rescheduling your treatments to do so as far in advance as you can, so we can facilitate your every need. Unfortunately, we cannot always guarantee that you’ll be treated by the same aesthetician or the exact time you desire for that individual appointment.
Promotions, Discounts and Flash Sale Campaigns
Laser + Skin Clinics will run promotional activities from time to time. All promotions will be governed by their relevant terms and conditions and will be offered at our strict discretion.

Before and After Campaigns
Laser + Skin Clinics would like to collect and process: (a) photographic images; and (b) video recordings; and (c) audio recordings; and (d) written testimonials from you for creating educational and promotional material.
For the purposes of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR") and the Data Protection Acts 1988-2018, the collection and processing of such material constitutes the processing of special category personal data relating to your health. We will only process such data with your explicit consent.
To the extent that this material contains information about your medical history and treatment, it would be regarded as sensitive data, which by law requires your explicit consent to allow us to process it.
If chosen to participate in this campaign you will be required to sign a legal consent form by which you will confirm that the person named in the release notice has agreed to the publication of the material by Laser + Skin Clinics both now and in the future. By signing the release, you agree that we may use the material for promotional and informational purposes. You grant Laser + Skin Clinics the right to use the material on its websites and
in publications for use in its clinics and generally, which may include, but is not limited to media, posters, newsletters and newspapers, catalogues, video collages, etc.
You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us in writing. Withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. Upon withdrawal, we shall cease using your material in any new promotional or educational content, however, we may not be able to remove material already in circulation or published prior to your withdrawal.
You grant Laser + Skin Clinics the right to disclose the material to third parties and media. You understand Laser + Skin Clinics may, and has the right to, crop and/or collage the material with others and understand that the material may be transmitted over the internet.
You agree that by signing the form, you release Laser + Skin Clinics, its agents, officers and employees, from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of the material in accordance with these terms, including but not limited to, any and all claims for invasion of privacy, defamation, or financial compensation. You waive all moral rights that you may have in the material to the extent permitted by law. This release does not affect any rights you may have under data protection legislation, including your right to withdraw consent as set out above.
Refund Policy
Treatments/services are not transferable to other individuals or clinics.
All purchases of gift cards are non-refundable, save where the gift card is faulty or where otherwise required by law. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Disclaimer
The information contained on this website is for general information purposes only. We assume no responsibility for errors or omissions in its contents to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Medical Treatments and Informed Consent
All treatments provided by Laser + Skin Clinics are performed by qualified practitioners. Prior to undergoing any treatment, you will be required to complete a consultation and provide informed consent. You are responsible for disclosing all relevant medical history, medications, and any contraindications that may affect your suitability for treatment.
Laser + Skin Clinics reserves the right to refuse treatment where, in the reasonable opinion of our practitioners, the treatment may pose a risk to your health or safety. Clients must be aged 18 years or over to receive treatments, unless otherwise specified and accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who provides consent.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
Complaints Procedure
If you have any complaints regarding our services, please contact us in writing at 7 Pembroke Street Lower, Dublin 2 by email at info@laserandskin.ie. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may refer your complaint to the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC) or seek independent legal advice.
