Refund policy
Overview
Our refund and return policy for skincare products purchased in-store lasts 14 days from the date of purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can no longer offer you a full refund or exchange. For products purchased online or by other distance means, you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013.
Please note: All treatments/services and purchases of gift cards are non refundable. Services are exempt from the cooling-off period where they have been fully performed with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that you will lose your right of withdrawal.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, except to the extent necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product (similar to how you might examine it in a physical store), and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
In the unlikely event of anything arriving damaged, please notify us at Laser + Skin Clinics by email (orders@laserandskin.ie) within 7 days.
Please use appropriate packaging when returning any item and include your details, order number, and reason for return. Please do not send us returns without first getting an email authorisation from Laser + Skin Clinics; please enclose a copy of your purchase receipt and email in your return; we cannot accept returns without.
Returns should be sent to us through the Fastway Portal. There is a charge of €6 for this service. When returning an item, please use this returns portal, as you will be able to trace this return. We cannot process refunds or replacements for items we never receive. This return shipping charge does not apply where goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described, in which case we will bear the cost of return shipping.
If you wish to return a product, we must receive it within 7 days of our return authorisation being issued. Upon satisfactory receipt, we will refund you through your original payment method, the relevant amount, including standard delivery costs (but not any supplementary costs for expedited or premium delivery options you may have selected). For distance sales within the statutory cooling-off period, we will refund all payments including standard delivery costs.
Please notify us at orders@laserandskin.ie if you have not received your order within 7 days of it being dispatched. If non-delivery is not reported to our courier service within 7 days, we are unable to address any non-delivery issues.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under Irish and EU consumer protection law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2022 and the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act 1980. These rights include remedies for goods that are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
